The awning must be properly installed, utilized and maintained. The warranty does not apply against deteriorations of any kind due to abusive use, malfunction, negligence, vandalism, accidental burns, perforations or acts of God.

While all colour pigmentations do fade eventually, ORCHESTRA® colourfastness is guaranteed to remain within the standards set by the fadometer test. Colour solidity corresponds to a grade of 7 to 8 on a scale of 8 under normal conditions of exposure.

Normal wear, weathering, soiling or stains from environmental pollution or other sources are not covered.

The warranty, if applicable, is limited to the replacement of the fabric free of charge. Labour, the frames or systems are not covered by this warranty.

Any claim submitted is subject to an annual 15% depreciation in value from date of installation.

You may see some light through the fabric, some white marks and curling along the edges of the fabric, these are caused by sewing and the handling of the fabric. This is perfectly normal and will not affect the performance of the fabric or the awning.
